Wants vs Needs - Home

Use this worksheet to sort out the features of a home that you need versus those you would like, or those you want. Keep in mind the more items you include in the "need" column, the more difficult it will be to fit all of them into your budget. Use the "would like" column for items that you feel are very desirable but are not absolutely essential. Items that you want but are willing to live without if they don't fit go in the "want" column. The "Do Not Want" column is for items that would be a negative if present. Use the "Comments column to explain items that may require more detail.
